Specialized Bicycle Components in Morgan Hill, CA, seeks Delivery Manager to lead Global Retail Technology initiatives, collaborating with business partners, product managers, QA, and engineers to define scope and ensure delivery of high-value features.

You will drive Agile ceremonies, manage cross-functional teams, document requirements, and unblock dependencies, delivering measurable results while upholding brand and rider experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience in a Technical Program Manager, Business Analyst, Project Management or Operations role for consumer goods.
• Experience with multi-functional teams including program/product management and engineering.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ability to plan, resource and deliver complex technical projects with precision.
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Experience guiding teams to enhance skills and performance.
• High energy and enthusiasm for outdoor lifestyles and brand mission.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary liaison between Business, Analyst and technical teams, ensuring objectives and outcomes are aligned.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Analyze and evaluate business needs, providing scalable and effective solutions.
• Manage team member expectations and ensure communication throughout implementation of technical solutions.
• Develop detailed user stories, processes, data flows to define functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops with multiple teams and document outcomes; gather requirements via phone, email, web, onsite sessions.
• Solve complex business problems with clear rationale for proposed solutions.
• Work with product management, analysts, engineering & UX to identify dependencies and constraints.
• Summarize and communicate testing outcomes and track outstanding actions to completion.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting best practices.
