Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice seeks a delivery-minded professional to own end-to-end project delivery and lead Agile ceremonies. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and serve as a key liaison with clients and account leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile project management, budgeting experience, and on-site work at client sites. Travel up to 50% may be involved, supporting government and public sector engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of account coordination, Agile project management, and Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Experience managing project budgets and coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across quality, scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep delivery on track.
• Serve as primary point of contact for delivery team, account leadership, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and priorities and drive issue resolution.
• Support and coach junior practitioners across delivery activities and processes.
