Deloitte GPS Government & Public Services (GPS) is seeking a Delivery Management Engineer III on the GPS HST Technology team to drive delivery and execution across engagements for federal, state, and local government clients. This role emphasizes strategy, analytics, and operations to improve service delivery and constituent outcomes.

You will engage in leading workstreams, ensuring quality, and building professional relationships while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Experience with state public assistance systems for eligibility and case management.
• Experience supporting State clients in eligibility determination, benefits calculation/issuance, and information management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 0-20% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and guiding junior professionals.
• Lead/participate in workstreams on Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance.
• Contribute to deliverables and review others' work for quality and accuracy.
• Understand the client environment and overall project scope.
• Manage client and team value-creation activities.
