Job summary

Unboxed Training & Technology is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a high volume of client projects across SaaS, consulting, AI scenarios, and custom training design. You will coordinate communications, manage timelines, and partner with consulting, training, implementation, and product teams to ensure on-time, on-budget deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience, a proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and managing day-to-day client communications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Kantata or similar PSA/project management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery of multiple concurrent projects from initiation through deployment independently.
• Maintains integrated project plans, schedules, and resource trackers; updates progress daily and adjusts plans to keep work moving.
• Coordinates day-to-day execution: assigns tasks, manages dependencies, runs status meetings, and removes blockers for project teams.
• Monitors scope, schedule, and budget adherence; flags variances early and proposes corrective actions.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, providing updates on milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Prepares and delivers regular status reports, dashboards, and operational updates for internal leaders and client stakeholders.
• Partners with senior project managers to adopt organizational standards and contribute to process refinements.
