Job summary

CareMetx is seeking a Delivery Lead for Patient Services to oversee program setup, cross-functional project execution, and client communications. This role aligns with operations and feasibility assessment to ensure business readiness and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate internal and external resources, drive milestones across multiple projects, and mentor team members while maintaining governance and metrics. Strong PMI methodologies and PMIS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of Project Management Methodologies; PMI preferred.
• Experience with PMIS systems such as Clarity or MS Project.
• Finance and accounting concepts knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures business readiness when implementing new technology or processes.
• Plans, monitors, and manages projects from initiation through completion on time and budget.
• Develop client-specific project plans and drive milestones across concurrent projects.
• Secure internal and external resources; define business requirements with operations for IT/DBI.
• Monitor IT escalations and production support impacts on business.
