Job summary

ModMed is seeking a driven Lead Patient Services Specialist to optimize operations within the Revenue Cycle Management team. You’ll analyze metrics to identify call drivers and drive performance, while developing training curriculums and supporting global teams.

You will leverage AI workflows and collaborate across internal leadership and offshore partners to improve patient services outcomes in a fast-paced Healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years in medical claims or billing.
• Minimum 2 years in contact center workforce administration.
• Minimum 1 year in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in training/facilitation/workshop development.

Responsibilities

• Forecast agent schedules and specialty shift assignments as Workforce Management SME.
• Analyze departmental processes, quality metrics and trends to identify call drivers and improvements.
• Design training workshops using QA calls, nesting feedback, KPI metrics and abandon rates.
• Incorporate AI workflows and AI-driven platforms into daily routines to improve efficiency.
• Provide floor support and lead projects related to client escalations.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and offshore partners across global locations.
