Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes across large programs.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, linking investment to results.
Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Experience embedding process improvement, automation, data, or AI in operations.
Collaborates effectively with technology teams and delivery organizations.
Excellent executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Shape the transformation agenda with regional Operations leaders and define an outcome-based roadmap.
Prioritize investments, balance standardization with local needs, and drive value realization.
Lead operating model changes, adoption, and embedding AI/automation into ways of working.
Coordinate business, data, and technology changes to deliver integrated outcomes.
Provide governance reporting on benefits, adoption, and decisions to senior leadership.
Ensure controls, compliance, and risk considerations are integrated throughout.
