Formación
- Significant analytics, BI, data science or AI leadership experience.
- Experience partnering with underwriting or specialty insurance functions.
- Proven value delivery through analytics and AI initiatives.
- Led cross-functional transformation programs in complex organisations.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the North America Insights & Analytics delivery and value realisation.
- Partner with underwriting leadership to translate priorities into analytics initiatives.
- Drive adoption of analytics and AI solutions across underwriting teams.
- Oversee AI-enabled underwriting transformation and governance alignment.
- Develop high-performing teams and foster collaboration across Data & Analytics.
- Promote agile, product-oriented delivery and scalable data products.
