Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking a Technology and AI Strategy Lead to shape the enterprise technology and AI agenda, partnering with business, technology, data, risk, and functional leaders. The role requires translating complex technology concepts into practical business implications and measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will develop roadmaps, evaluate initiatives, and provide strategic insights to help leadership make informed investments while ensuring governance, risk, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and building alignment across matrixed organizations.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Shape, maintain, and drive execution of the enterprise technology and AI agenda in partnership with business, technology, data, risk, and functional leaders.
• Own integrated strategic agenda, executive decision support, and value framework without owning delivery of individual products or programs.
• Develop strategic analyses, presentations, and recommendations for the executive team.
• Prepare roadmaps, governance materials, and investment considerations to enable transformation priorities.
