Computacenter is seeking a Practice Manager in the United States to lead a team of around 15 project managers with full commercial and contractual responsibility for winning outcomes. The role emphasizes pre-sales collaboration and delivery of IT infrastructure programs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Legally eligible to work in the United States.
5+ years of management experience.
Recent experience leading delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects with commercial outcome.
Experience applying governance and control in project delivery.
Innovative leader focused on improving ways of working.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company objectives.
Lead delivery of customer engagements and line manage around 15 project managers (regional travel essential).
Be accountable for assurance, governance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and innovate the Practice capability to support business strategy.
Develop standardized, competitive and market-relevant service offerings.
Provide thought leadership and collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the business.
Manage the team's operations and finances to meet targets, competitiveness and quality.
Drive a high-performance culture within the Practice and develop talent.
