Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions in Irving, Texas is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology solutions, ensuring on-time, within-scope, quality outcomes.

You will partner with engineering, product, program management and executives to plan, schedule, manage risks, and optimize delivery across hardware and software initiatives.

Strong leadership, communication, and experience with Jira/Azure DevOps preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
• Strong planning and execution skills, including backward planning and milestone tracking.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology initiatives from planning through execution and release.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive effective project planning using backward planning techniques by starting from target delivery dates and identifying critical milestones, dependencies, and execution paths.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain detailed schedules, release plans, project roadmaps, and execution timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, hardware, software, quality, operations, product management, and external partners.
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure commitments are met and delivery objectives are achieved.
• Facilitate planning, status reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates.
• Manage competing priorities and negotiate trade-offs to optimize delivery outcomes.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and delivery commitments.
• Support release readiness activities including validation, deployment planning, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, planning methodologies, and execution efficiency.
