  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology initiatives from planning through execution, deployment, and release.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Drive project planning using backward planning methodologies from target delivery dates to identify milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution paths.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain detailed project schedules, release plans, roadmaps, and execution timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Hardware, Software, QA, Operations, Product Management, and external partners.
  • Identify, track, and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster accountability across teams to ensure commitments are met and delivery objectives are achieved.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive-level updates.
  • Manage competing priorities and negotiate trade-offs to optimize delivery outcomes and business value.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery commitments.
  • Support release readiness activities, including validation, deployment planning, stakeholder communications, and launch coordination.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, planning methodologies, and execution efficiency.

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Management - Delivery Manager Sr is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology solutions, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, Operations, and executive stakeholders, to drive planning, execution, risk management, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in project and delivery management, strategic planning, scheduling, scope management, and dependency tracking. Experience managing hardware release cycles and coordinating complex hardware-software development programs is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
