Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Agentic AI systems, spanning foundation model management, safety, and integration across EY businesses. This role balances hands-on delivery with cross-functional coordination to enable knowledge-based AI adoption.

You will mentor a team, shape governance and observability practices, and drive scalable AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and tools.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Familiarity with Agentic Patterns & Frameworks: Orchestration, Loop Engineering, Memory system integration.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems and frameworks based on foundation models, LLM, and SLM.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach, contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Be an expert in knowledge AI systems for customer opportunities and internal platform development.
• Member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives to success.
• Maintain knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures for timely adoption of emerging AI technology.
