Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Architect to lead design and implementation of agentic AI systems across the enterprise. The role balances hands-on delivery with cross‑functional leadership, ensuring robust governance and adoption of knowledge AI technologies.

You will mentor teams and drive EY’s enterprise AI strategy in a hybrid, globally connected environment. You’ll work with foundation models, ensure safety, and integrate tools for monitoring and compliance while guiding firmwide AI adoption

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance tech.
• Experience with AI Foundation Model frameworks and vendors.
• Knowledge of safety, observability, and governance tooling.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate external tools for monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach, delivering technical work while guiding adoption.
• Be expert in knowledge AI systems for customer opportunities.
• Guide initiatives through the Enterprise Architecture council.
