DreamHost is seeking a Delivery Lead to orchestrate complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Infrastructure. You will ensure discovery through release, adoption, and post-delivery evaluation with a focus on quality and stakeholder alignment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software delivery and a strong account of Agile, SDLC, and modern engineering practices. A collaborative, data-driven approach and ability to influence without authority are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading software delivery or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Technical fluency with web technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, AI-assisted development.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Infra, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to influence decisions without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex initiatives from discovery through release and adoption.
• Validate requirements, dependencies, technical considerations, operational impacts, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define and adapt delivery strategies, sequencing, phasing, incremental delivery, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into delivery health, address risks, dependencies, blockers, and priorities.
• Coordinate readiness for launches, ensuring operational teams are prepared for adoption.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders.
