Job summary

DreamHost seeks a Delivery Manager, Marketing Operations, to lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects. You will coordinate planning, production, and cross-channel execution with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will optimize workflows, leverage AI tools, and partner with leadership to align priorities and capacity. This role is based in California and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years in marketing operations, program management, or similar leadership.
Experience coordinating complex marketing campaigns across channel teams.
Ability to organize work, set priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, influencing skills and accountability without direct authority.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
Experience using AI tools to improve planning, documentation, and workflows.
Background in SaaS, technology, or digital-first organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational delivery of marketing deliverables from planning through completion.
Coordinate planning, production, review, approval, and delivery across channel teams.
Maintain visibility into priorities, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and delivery health.
Partner with Marketing leadership to organize priorities and manage capacity.
Represent Marketing in cross-functional planning and delivery discussions.
