Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist to manage end-to-end delivery programs from production completion to customer acceptance and shipment. You will coordinate across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and PM to ensure accurate configurations and successful deliveries.

The role requires 2–5+ years in hardware-focused delivery, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in product delivery, manufacturing, operations, quality, logistics, maintenance, or similar hardware environment
• Independently own complex workstreams with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail across hardware, documentation, and deliverables
• Ability to assess ambiguity, exercise judgment, and resolve complex issues
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple functions
• Experience leading customer-facing activities with customers
• Strong organizational and planning skills for multiple programs
• Ability to learn complex products, configurations, and processes quickly
• Experience reviewing technical docs, drawings, BOMs, or configuration records
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong written and verbal communication to build relationships across organizations
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of customer delivery programs from production completion through customer acceptance and shipment
• Serve as primary cross-functional coordinator across Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, SIOP, Logistics, PM, and customers
• Identify delivery risks and coordinate corrective actions across organizations
• Lead FAT inventory activities and customer acceptance events
• Validate complex product configurations and ensure accurate customer-facing documentation
• Maintain configuration integrity throughout the delivery process
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and improving delivery workflows
• Establish standardized Product Delivery practices as the organization matures
