Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or related field.
• 7+ years in supplier development or aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience resolving complex manufacturing or delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and performance improvement of suppliers for mechanical commodities.
• Assess supplier capabilities, processes, capacity, quality systems, and readiness.
• Conduct capability assessments, MRBs, process audits, and capacity analyses.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Engineering to select capable suppliers.
• Serve as technical interface between suppliers and internal teams.
