Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in project management, planning, estimation and execution.
• Strong change management understanding and experience with modern tools.
• Ability to communicate complexity to an audience.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Demonstrated judgement balancing enterprise needs and program priorities.
• Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with Agile teams.
• Experience communicating with executives and presenting material.

Responsibilities

• Form teams, kick off projects and coordinate routines to support delivery.
• Shape the final product with Business Owners and BTS teams; build resilient systems.
• Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Identify, manage risks and remove impediments to delivery.
• Promote cross-organization communication to support timelines.
• Lead delivery of technical requirements, design, traceability, deployments and contingency plans.
• Ensure documentation aligns with Change Management standards.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership on risks, issues and schedules.
• Support resource planning, manage pipelines and resolve bottlenecks.
• Act as Resource Management, Scrum Master for the Dev team.
