Job summary

NuPlay is hiring an Enterprise Delivery Lead Engineer in Palo Alto to own and run complex, production-grade AI implementations for global enterprise clients. You’ll take the pre-sales scope, refine the architecture with client stakeholders, and lead technical execution all the way to go-live.

You’ll become an expert in the NuPlay platform and build secure, resilient integrations with legacy and modern enterprise systems.

• Strong communication with C-suite stakeholders and enterprise architects.

About The Role

We're hiring an Enterprise Delivery Lead Engineer to own and run complex, production-grade AI implementations for our global enterprise clients. You'll take the pre-sales scope, refine the architecture with client stakeholders, and lead technical execution all the way to go-live. You'll become an expert in the NuPlay platform and build secure, resilient integrations with both legacy and modern enterprise systems.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Program Delivery

• Lead enterprise delivery programs from handoff to go-live, turning solution concepts into scalable, production-ready implementations
• Work directly with customer architects and engineering leads to iterate on integration designs, clear roadblocks and refine workflows in real time
• Be the main technical point of contact between customer teams and NuPlay's engineering and product teams

Integration Architecture & Systems Engineering

• Design, build and deploy two-way integrations with CRM, HR, Inventory, OMS, TMS and e-commerce systems
• Integrate voice and multi-channel AI workflows into contact center environments (SIP, VoIP, CTI)
• Stay hands-on: review code, evaluate APIs, whiteboard data architectures and write integration logic when needed

Security, Governance & Compliance

• Set up secure authentication and access controls with enterprise identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SAML/OAuth)
• Make sure every deployment meets enterprise security, privacy and regulatory requirements

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior Delivery, Integration and Prompt Engineers, and set a high bar for code quality, architecture and documentation
• Build reusable patterns, deployment frameworks and integration toolkits to speed up future client rollouts

What we are looking for

• 8+ years of technical experience in technical delivery, integration architecture or customer-facing engineering for enterprise platforms
• A proven track record of taking enterprise applications from whiteboard to production
• Hands-on integration experience across enterprise stacks (CRM, HR, OMS, Inventory) using REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks and middleware
• A strong grounding in enterprise security, identity providers (Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD) and compliance
• Strong communication skills, with experience leading technical discussions with C-suite stakeholders and enterprise architects
• Nice to have: experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic workflows
