Job summary

Confidential in Boston, MA is seeking an Account Manager / Delivery Lead to own the State Street relationship and oversee IT staffing delivery. You will drive client satisfaction, coordinate delivery across recruiting and MSP/VMS partners, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.

The role requires direct State Street experience, strong account management and delivery leadership, and comfortable hybrid work in the Boston area.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Delivery Lead with mandatory prior experience serving State Street as a client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the State Street client relationship
• Handle staffing requirements from intake through placement
• Partner with recruiting/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Manage consultants, client escalations, and delivery performance
• Identify new requirements and account-growth opportunities
• Work with hiring managers, TA, procurement, MSP/VMS, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Direct experience supporting State Street – Mandatory (Anytime in Past in any way)
• Strong Account Management / Staffing Delivery experience
• Enterprise IT staffing experience preferred
• MSP/VMS experience preferred
• Delivery leadership experience
• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills
• Must be based in/around Boston, MA and comfortable with a hybrid schedule
