Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences in a fast-paced store setting. This role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with time spent inside and outside the store to support daily operations and engage customers in the community.

The job offers an hourly pay range of $13.75 to $14.50, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement. Hours typically run between 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required at location.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance logs.
• Support day-to-day store operations and customer interactions.
