Aaron's is hiring a Delivery Driver to support customer experiences across our stores. This fast-paced role involves driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, both inside and outside the store, with a focus on helping customers use their products.

The position offers a range of benefits and a pay range of $18.25 to $19.25 per hour. You will join a team that values reliability, safety, and community presence while maintaining route and product-related responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for US positions.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory MVR.
• DOT certification if required for location.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs alone and 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance records.
