Job summary

Aaron's Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The position offers a pay range of $18.25 to $19.25 per hour and a benefits package that includes time off,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States and at least 18 in Canada.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy including a satisfactory MVR.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification if required for location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
