Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The pay range for this role is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, and benefits include paid time off,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age in the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely transport products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
