Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The pay range is $18.75 to $19.75 per hour, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required at location.
• Ability to work a variable schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. independently, up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage and secure products and operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing store merchandise.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
