Job summary

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products.

You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. The pay range is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions in the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for the location.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely transfer products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
