Job summary

Aaron's Family of Companies is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Alabama stores. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with a focus on positive customer experiences.

We offer on-demand pay, career advancement, PTO, health benefits, a 401(k) plan with matching, and other benefits. You must be 21+ with a valid license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs, or 300 lbs with assistance. Flexible schedule 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the U.S. (18 in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Flexible schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance logs.
