Job summary

Aaron’s Family of Companies is hiring a Delivery Driver. This store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, with interaction inside and outside the store to ensure positive customer experiences.

The pay range is $19.75 to $20.75 per hour. The role offers a strong benefits package, opportunities for advancement, PTO, health and retirement plans, and a commitment to equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US and 18+ in Canada.
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
• May need DOT certification depending on location
• Able to work 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and 300 lbs. with assistance

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets
