Job summary

The Aaron's Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our store team. This fast-paced role includes driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise, and helping customers understand how to use their products.

Pay ranges from $13.75 to $14.50 per hour, with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and emotional health resources. Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old where applicable (US) and meet driver qualifications.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification if location requires it.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and secure products; safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise inside the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
