Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to support customers by driving, installing, moving, and demonstrating merchandise in a fast-paced store-based role. You will work both inside and outside the store, assisting with daily operations and engaging with customers in the community.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic electronics knowledge, and a commitment to the Aaron’s brand. The role offers a varied schedule and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for United States locations.
• Requires a valid state driver's license and a satisfactory MVR.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for location.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.

Skills
