Aaron's, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to move, install, and demonstrate merchandise, serving customers in store and in the community.

The role includes driving, staging products, and supporting daily operations while maintaining brand standards. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range ($14.25–$15.00) plus a broad benefits package, including insurance options, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory MVR.
• May need DOT certification depending on location.
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. solo and 300 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and securely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise in-store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
