QXO is seeking a Delivery Helper to work with Drivers, unloading building materials at homes and jobsites while ensuring accuracy and safety. You will verify orders, assist with loading, and help navigate challenging locations to keep deliveries on schedule.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, physical stamina, and teamwork, with a focus on service quality and safety compliance across daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Drivers with safe and efficient delivery of building products to customer locations.
• Safely load, unload, carry, and position materials using proper techniques.
• Assist with rooftop, ground‑drop, and other delivery methods based on site conditions.
• Verify order contents before loading and delivery for accuracy.
• Prepare and secure loads for safe transportation with drivers.
• Assess jobsite conditions and identify hazards before unloading.
• Navigate tight delivery locations with guidance from Drivers.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage during loading and transport.
• Maintain communication with Drivers and Dispatch for timely deliveries.
• Provide courteous service to customers and jobsite personnel.
• Uphold safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist with general warehouse, yard, or delivery operations as needed.
