QXO is seeking a Delivery Helper to work alongside Drivers, delivering and unloading building materials at customer homes and job sites. You will verify orders, assist with loading and unloading, and help ensure safe, efficient deliveries while providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities include handling materials, following safety procedures, and maintaining clear communication with the team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physically demanding work daily.
• Ability to safely lift and move building materials of varying sizes.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Drivers with safe, efficient delivery of building materials to homes, businesses and job sites.
• Safely load/unload, carry, and position materials using proper techniques.
• Help verify order contents prior to loading to ensure accuracy.
• Support loads preparation and securing for transport; assist with site navigation when needed.
• Maintain communication with Drivers and Dispatch for timely deliveries.
