Job summary

QXO seeks a Delivery Helper to work with Drivers delivering and unloading building materials to customers’ homes and job sites. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and courteous service as part of daily delivery tasks.

You will verify orders, assist with loading and unloading, and help assess site conditions to prevent hazards while maintaining clear communication with Dispatch and customers. Outdoor work and physical effort are required daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist Drivers with the safe and efficient delivery of building products to customer homes, businesses, and sites.
• Safely load, unload, carry, and position materials using proper techniques and equipment.
• Support rooftop and ground-drop delivery methods based on product and site conditions.
• Verify order contents before loading to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
• Assist in securing loads for safe transport and communicating with Dispatch.
