Job summary

QXO is seeking a full-time loader to safely unload building products and bundles of shingles from rooftops or at ground level, supporting delivery operations in a physically demanding outdoor setting.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, assisting drivers, and adhering to safety protocols while wearing PPE. Spanish/English bilingual proficiency is preferred, with starting hours at 6:30am and potential OT or weekend shifts based on demand.

What you'll do:

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE

Shift and Schedule

• Full‑Time Position
• Monday–Friday.
• Start time 6:30am until work is done, around 4:30pm
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT and/or weekends based on business needs.
