Job summary

QXO is seeking a roof loader/delivery helper to safely unload building products and shingles from a rooftop conveyor, verify orders, and support delivery operations on the ground. You will consistently follow safety protocols and wear PPE in a physically demanding outdoor environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability in commuting to the branch, and a willingness to learn while maintaining a strong safety focus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop.
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, assist with ground drop operations at the designated job site.
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck.
• Assist with delivery operations.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing PPE.

What you'll do:

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
