Job summary

QXO is seeking a motivated team member to join our branch in a hands-on loader/delivery support role. You will safely unload building products, verify orders, and assist with delivery operations in outdoor settings, following strict safety protocols.

Applicants should have reliable transportation, be comfortable in physical work, and consider Spanish bilingual skills a plus as part of a diverse team dedicated to safety and productivity.

• Reliable transportation to commute to branch location.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and bundles from the rooftop delivery.
• Assist with delivery operations when needed.
• Verify order contents prior to loading onto the delivery truck.
• Demonstrate daily commitment to safety and wear PPE.
• Support ground drop operations when rooftop delivery isn’t feasible.

What you'll do:

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
