Job summary

QXO in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a hands-on team member to unload building products, verify orders, and support delivery operations from ground level or rooftop as needed. You will follow safety protocols and wear PPE while handling multiple bundles of shingles.

This position requires reliable transportation to branch locations and a willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop.
• Assist with delivery operations.
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck.
• In instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, provide ground drop support to the driver at the designated job site.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and wear appropriate PPE.

What you'll do

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
