Job summary

North Sky Communications is seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff through delivery. You will define scopes, build execution plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion with high quality.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience in Telecom, Construction, or Utilities, with knowledge of Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/Hybrid and proficiency in PM tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional project management experience overseeing projects from inception to completion in Telecom, Construction or Utilities.
• Hands-on experience with project management frameworks (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency with standard PM software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present updates clearly to diverse audiences.
• PMP, CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Direct and manage project execution end-to-end, defining clear deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
• Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and project documentation.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for internal team members, external clients, and leadership regarding progress, changes, and updates.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Scope & Budget Control: Track project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to prevent cost overruns and manage scope creep.
• Process Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture key learnings and continuously refine internal project management processes.

The wage range for Project Manager is $85,000.00 - $105,000.00.
