Responsibilities

• Maintain projects end-to-end by shaping delivery plans and coordinating cross-functional execution.
• Clarify goals, success measures, roles, and decision points; manage scope changes with tradeoffs.
• Build delivery governance to improve predictability and reduce friction.
• Manage risk, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation and decisions to protect timeline and quality.
• Deliver executive-ready progress reports linking work to results and next steps.
• Coordinate change activities and adoption tactics; incorporate feedback for improvement.
• Plan testing and implementation activities for smooth releases and readiness.
• Identify process improvements by mapping workflows and reducing rework and risk.
• Coordinate with external partners or vendors on deliverables and performance when needed.
