Job summary

Mid Oregon Credit Union in Bend, OR seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the discovery, prioritization, planning, governance, and delivery of technology-enabled business solutions. You will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources, ensuring initiatives align with strategy, are delivered on schedule, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will bring structure to complex problems, facilitate stakeholder alignment, develop actionable roadmaps, and drive delivery

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management, program management, technical delivery, or business transformation experience.
• Experience leading initiatives involving both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating requirements discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, prioritization, planning, governance, and delivery of technology-enabled business solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and on-schedule delivery.
• Develop actionable roadmaps and drive execution across a portfolio of technology and process-improvement initiatives.
