Job summary

Luster National seeks Delivery Excellence & Agile Transformation Leaders to strengthen governance across national digital transformation and PMIS advisory work. You will set cadence, translate client priorities into structured delivery plans, and elevate risk early for mega capital programs across aviation, ports, rail, and utilities.

You will build playbooks, collaborate with PMIS/data teams, and help scale the practice through onboarding and staff development, traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience delivering mega capital infrastructure programs across aviation, ports, rail/transit, transportation, utilities, energy, water, or public works.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain delivery cadence across client engagements with roadmap planning and status reporting.
• Translate client goals into actionable delivery plans for technical teams and stakeholders.
• Implement governance models for PMIS, program controls, data, reporting, and change-management initiatives.
• Develop delivery playbooks, templates, and acceptance criteria for quicker onboarding.
• Coordinate advisory, PMIS architecture, data analytics, and systems integration teams to keep multi-workstream engagements moving.
• Monitor risk, schedule, and budget indicators and elevate issues early to protect scope and client confidence.
• Lead onboarding and knowledge transfer for new delivery staff to scale the practice.
• Contribute to proposals with delivery approach, governance, and staffing plans.
• Develop white papers and project profiles showcasing Digital Transformation impact.
