Job summary

Lusternational is seeking Delivery Excellence & Agile Transformation Leaders to strengthen governance across our national digital transformation and PMIS advisory practice. You will set cadence, translate client priorities into structured plans, and elevate risk early to keep large programs on track.

The role involves travel up to 50% across megaprojects in aviation, ports, rail, utilities, and energy, with a focus on scalable playbooks and repeatable methods for growing delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering mega capital infrastructure programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain delivery cadence across client engagements with roadmap planning and status reporting.
• Translate client goals into structured delivery plans for technical teams and stakeholders.
• Implement governance models for PMIS, program controls, data, reporting, and change-management on capital programs.
• Develop delivery playbooks, templates, and acceptance criteria to shorten onboarding.
• Coordinate advisory, PMIS architecture, data/analytics, and systems integration teams to keep multi-workstream engagements moving.
