Job summary

Luster National, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Delivery Excellence & Agile Transformation Leader to strengthen delivery governance across national digital transformation programs for mega capital infrastructure projects.

You will set cadence, translate client priorities into structured delivery plans, elevate risk early, and build playbooks that let our teams scale. This role targets candidates with 10+ years in program delivery, cross-functional leadership, mentoring, and experience with

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering governance on mega capital infrastructure programs.
Experience with PMIS and digital transformation in construction or related sectors.
Strong communication skills for executive audiences and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain delivery cadence across engagements with roadmap planning and status reporting.
Translate client goals into actionable delivery plans for technical teams.
Implement governance models for PMIS, program controls, data, and change management.
Develop delivery playbooks, templates, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate cross-team activities to keep multi-workstream engagements moving.
Monitor risk, schedule, and budget and elevate issues early.
Lead onboarding and knowledge transfer for new staff.
Contribute to proposals with delivery approach, governance, and staffing plans.
Develop white papers and project profiles documenting transformation impact.
