Job summary

Luster is seeking Delivery Excellence & Agile Transformation Leaders to strengthen delivery governance across national digital transformation programs. You will set cadence, translate client priorities into structured plans, and elevate risk early to keep multi-stakeholder programs on track.

The role targets the Atlanta area with up to 50% travel and involves developing playbooks, governance structures, and staffing plans to scale the practice and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years delivering programs and governance on mega capital infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain delivery cadence across client engagements with roadmap planning, milestones, dependencies, and executive status reports.
• Translate client goals into deliverable plans for technical teams and stakeholders to track.
• Implement governance models for PMIS, program controls, data, reporting, and change management on capital programs.
• Develop delivery playbooks, templates, and acceptance criteria to improve consistency.
• Coordinate advisory, PMIS architecture, data/analytics, and systems integration teams to keep multi-workstream engagements moving.
• Monitor risk, schedule, and budget indicators and elevate issues early.
• Lead onboarding and knowledge transfer for new delivery staff and scale methods as the practice grows.
• Contribute to proposals with delivery approach and staffing plans.
• Develop white papers and project profiles showing Digital Transformation impact.
