Job summary

Johnson & Johnson RAD (Robotics and Digital) is seeking a Sr. Analyst Deliver Excellence– OTTAVA for our Santa Clara location. The role focuses on Deliver operations across warehouse, transportation, and customer service with cross‑functional collaboration across Supply Chain regions.

You will track project status, support strategic roadmaps for the Ottava program, and help optimize distribution networks while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–5 years related experience.
• Experience in Deliver Operations (Warehousing/Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service).
• Experience across at least two other supply chain functions (Plan, Make, Source).
• ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems experience (SAP/APO/SNP, WMS).
• Up to 25% travel, domestic and international.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic projects across MFG and Deliver landscape.
• Contribute to core Deliver/Logistics responsibilities and optimize efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational standards, protocols, and processes for future launches.
• Coordinate Deliver field activities and align with 3PL and internal stakeholders.
• Track project status, risks, and deliverables; manage budgets and expenses.
