You will be part of the Broadridge Advisor Solutions team, using your business analysis skills to listen to clients and translate business objectives into use cases to support clients' digital transformation strategies. The Sr. Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the business team by handling configuration and onboarding actions for our digital products. Responsibilities include gathering and defining client use cases and requirements, facilitating demos, and providing consultation on best practices, scalability, and advisor site outputs. This role ensures our deliverables meet client expectations while reducing time from sales to implementation.

Responsibilities

1. Balance technology and business issues, communicating effectively with both technical and business experts.
2. Ensure digital solutions meet client needs with well-defined use cases and requirements.
3. Facilitate configuration meetings and implement product configurations.
4. Document configurations to support clients and internal teams.
5. Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Analysts, and Project Managers on technical planning and delivery.
6. Participate in IT meetings to transfer knowledge and evaluate designs.
7. Act as liaison among stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and solutions.
8. Provide demonstrations and training to stakeholders.
9. Improve processes for better quality and scalability.
10. Make decisions and recommendations with limited supervision.
11. Conduct post-deployment reviews for continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Presentation skills for technical solutions to business audiences.
