Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Bel Air store is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to transport paint and related products to customers. You will load, transport, and deliver orders while ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely service.

The role requires a valid CDL/driver’s license, DOT medical certification, and the ability to lift heavy loads. This on-site position offers comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus time off and other company benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• DOT MEC from FMCSA National Registry or willing to obtain within 5 business days of conditional offer.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently for work tasks and records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deliveries to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders onto the truck correctly.
• Complete necessary forms for deliveries.
• Deliver items safely and on time to customers.
• Maintain store vehicle and report repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
• Adhere to transportation laws and maintain safe driving record.
• Prepare delivery-related reports and documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts).
• Perform warehouse tasks, tinting, and order assembly as needed.
