Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery driver to transport products from stores to customers in a safe, timely manner. You will load, load and deliver orders, maintain a clean vehicle, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to routes and schedules.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Training and safety protocols are essential to protect customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC) or willing to obtain within five business days of offer.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to read/speak English sufficiently for daily tasks.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meet expectations rating and complete HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores to customers.
• Load orders onto the truck and prepare deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle and report repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Follow routes and maintain safety on the road.
• Complete delivery reports and documentation.
• Operate vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Perform warehouse duties and tinting/mixing as required.
